Made from 100% Blue weber Agave, this Tequila Plata is a young and unaged Tequila. Aroma's of cactus-like vegetation, with some earthiness and spiciness. On the palate, vegatal notes remain along with warming spice baanced with fresh earth. Best enjoyed with a mixed cockatil such as a Rosemary Margaita.
