Emmolo Sauv Blanc

A great introduction to what a California Sauvignon Blanc can be, this wine proves there is so much more to Sauvignon Blanc than notes of cat-pee and grass!  This medium bodied dry white wine is well balanced, snappy and citrusy. Delicious aromas of ripe lime, fresh melon and wet stone stand out, with flavours of lemon-lime, peach, melon, light herbs and salty minerality.  Definitely food friendly, this would pair nicely with grilled white fish or herb crusted pork.
